Katoomba cemetery is located off Woodlands Road behind the Katoomba hospital. This cemetery would have to be placed on one of the steepest sections they could find, and almost all of the rows of graves run up and down the hill, not across it.

Good shoes are recommended here, as is a bit of stamina should you like to spend some time looking around.
